Hmmm... I don't seem to understand, I don't think. Is it supposed to be feminist or opposed? I don't believe in the whole women should have sex appeal. Sex sells but I think it goes against MY feminism.

It's supposed to be feminist, yes. This piece mocks how the Halloween costume industry (and for that matter, almost every industry and institution out there) thinks that women MUST be sexy ALL THE TIME.
It was inspired by a youtube video called Girl's Costume Warehouse. Every costume save one was "Sexy [noun]". Also the fact that in real life, most women's costumes are marketed the same way; specifically Leg Avenue costumes.
